Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the new Nolensville Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products like checking accounts and credit cards
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving customer inquiries
• Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client convenience
• Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with branch team to support branch opening activities and client onboarding
• Handle cash and secure assets responsibly while minimizing risk
• Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere during the 30-hour workweek

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Nolensville, TN location
