  • Process loan applications, credit card requests, and investment inquiries while adhering to compliance standards
  • Educate clients on JPMorgan Chase's digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms to promote self-service options
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialized services like wealth management or mortgage products
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure all activities comply with federal banking regulations
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
  • Support branch operations during the new build phase, including setup and promotional activities
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for client-centric service
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on financial products and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
