Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first culture
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings accurately and efficiently
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to enhance their banking experience
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless service in the new Pine Island and Burnt Store Rd branch
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Assist in branch operations, including cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
  • Promote a secure and welcoming environment in the newly built branch location in Cape Coral, FL
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check
