Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Shops at Stonebridge Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies to ensure secure and ethical operations
• Assist in branch operations, including opening and closing procedures and inventory management
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to support branch goals and contribute to a positive work environment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for client care
• Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on banking products and services

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Knowledge of basic banking products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
