  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and referrals
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support branch goals and operational excellence
  • Assist in branch merchandising and community engagement events to promote JPMorgan Chase services
  • Handle cash and secure assets responsibly, balancing teller drawers daily
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to uphold Chase's reputation for client care
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on financial products and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch hours
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the South Asheville Branch location
