Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality at the new South Cedar Rapids Branch, ensuring a seamless banking experience
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries related to checking, savings, and credit products
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to branch bankers or specialists for lending, investments, or wealth management
• Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
• Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Promote digital banking solutions like the Chase Mobile app to enhance client convenience
• Collaborate with branch team to support community events and initiatives in Cedar Rapids
• Handle sensitive client information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism
• Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere by upholding JPMorgan Chase's standards of integrity and client focus

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for commuting to the South Cedar Rapids Branch
• Compliance with all banking regulations and JPMorgan Chase policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
