In this dynamic role within the Consumer & Community Banking division, you will serve as the face of the branch, handling everyday banking transactions while building meaningful relationships with clients from the local Cedar Rapids community. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing a variety of teller transactions with precision and speed, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. You will actively listen to client needs, recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like Chase checking accounts, credit cards, or savings solutions, and seamlessly refer more complex opportunities to experienced bankers. In this part-time capacity, you will work approximately 30 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends, to support the branch's operational needs and provide consistent service to our valued clients in the growing South Cedar Rapids area. Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first philosophy
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers for products like checking accounts, loans, and investments
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to dual control procedures for security
• Assist with branch operations such as opening/closing procedures and lobby management
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and self-service options
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Support community engagement initiatives in the Cedar Rapids area
• Comply with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales and service goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the South Cedar Rapids Branch
• Compliance with all banking regulations and JPMorgan Chase policies

Preferred Qualifications
