Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first culture
  • Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for banking products like checking accounts, credit cards, and loans to branch specialists
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries using JPMorgan Chase digital tools
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer protocols
  • Support branch operations such as cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
  • Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client experience and self-service options
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience in the new Spring Mountain and Red Rock branch
  • Handle sensitive client information confidentially and ethically
  • Participate in community outreach events to build relationships in the Las Vegas area

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English for serving diverse client communities
  • Knowledge of basic banking products and services
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
