Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first philosophy
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products like checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries in the new Stephans Way and US6 branch
• Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and enhance client relationships in the Silverthorne community
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and preparing daily reconciliations
• Promote digital banking tools to encourage seamless client experiences
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to build local presence in this new build location
• Escalate complex issues to senior bankers while ensuring client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software applications
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible shifts in a part-time capacity
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Silverthorne, CO location
