Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the new Tooele Branch, embodying JPMorgan Chase's client-first culture
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries while ensuring compliance with federal regulations
• Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client convenience and adoption of Chase mobile apps
• Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and community engagement initiatives in Tooele, Utah
• Maintain a clean and welcoming branch environment in the new build facility
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and adhering to security protocols
• Refer complex issues to senior bankers or specialists while providing seamless client support
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and financial products

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Tooele, UT location
