Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-centric culture
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking, savings, and credit solutions
• Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover opportunities for deeper client relationships
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to support branch goals and new build initiatives in Tooele, UT
• Assist with cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliation procedures
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to enhance their experience
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Participate in community outreach events to promote JPMorgan Chase's presence in the local area

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 30 hours per week in a part-time schedule, including potential evenings and weekends
• Strong commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Tooele, UT location
• Availability to start in a new build branch environment
