Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first culture
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries
• Promote and sell appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking, savings, and credit cards
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialists for investment or lending services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Support branch operations in the new Trexlertown Plaza location, including setup and team collaboration
• Resolve client issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty
• Utilize digital tools to enhance client experiences and streamline transactions
• Contribute to a positive team environment in a part-time capacity of 30 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a banking or financial institution
• Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, to serve diverse clients in Allentown, PA
