Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Trussville branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking products such as checking, savings, or credit solutions
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to promote self-service options
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and preparing daily reconciliations
  • Resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers when necessary
  • Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere by upholding JPMorgan Chase's standards of integrity and professionalism

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of background check and credit review
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on client hospitality

  • Prior experience in a banking or financial institution
