Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Trussville Branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
  • Educate clients on JPMorgan Chase's suite of personal banking products, such as checking, savings, and credit cards
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities to branch bankers or specialists for investment or lending solutions
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Assist with branch operations, including cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
  • Promote digital banking tools to encourage seamless client interactions via Chase Mobile app and online platforms
  • Collaborate with team members to support branch goals and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for client-centric service
  • Participate in community outreach events to build local relationships in the Birmingham area

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
