Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client care standards
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products and services
• Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting for online and mobile platforms
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with branch team to support branch operations during the new build phase at Waltons Corner
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and referrals
• Handle cash management and balancing daily transactions securely
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase offerings and industry trends
• Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere by embodying the firm's core values of integrity and excellence

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the Augusta, GA location
