Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Wendell Falls Branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
  • Educate clients on JPMorgan Chase's suite of personal banking products, such as Chase checking accounts, credit cards, and digital banking tools
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialized services like wealth management or mortgage lending within JPMorgan Chase
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Assist in branch operations, including cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
  • Collaborate with branch team to support the launch and growth of the new Wendell Falls location
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty
  • Promote a secure and welcoming environment in line with JPMorgan Chase's commitment to client protection
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and JPMorgan Chase policies

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
