Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Westbury Square Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting to promote seamless client access to Chase mobile and online platforms
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and support branch operations during the new build launch
• Handle cash management and balancing daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and security best practices in the financial services landscape
• Support community engagement initiatives in Huntsville to build local brand loyalty for JPMorgan Chase
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan's evolving financial products and services

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clients
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch needs
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Huntsville, AL location
