Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first culture
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products like checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting to enhance client self-service capabilities
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client experiences
  • Handle cash management and balancing teller drawers at the end of shifts
  • Promote financial education and wellness initiatives to empower clients in Huntsville
  • Support branch operations during the new build phase at Westbury Square, including setup and client onboarding
  • Resolve client inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior bankers efficiently

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the Westbury Square Branch in Huntsville, AL
