Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the North Newark Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries while adhering to compliance standards
• Promote digital banking solutions to encourage seamless online and mobile interactions
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment to uphold JP Morgan Chase's professional image
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding client service

Required Qualifications
