  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries while adhering to compliance standards
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring security protocols are followed at all times
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to promote self-service options
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and preparing daily reports

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
