Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Northern and 91st Ave Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries in both English and Spanish
• Identify opportunities to recommend JP Morgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and digital banking tools
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients
• Handle cash and sensitive client information securely to prevent fraud and errors
• Support branch goals by participating in community events and client outreach initiatives in Glendale, AZ
• Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior bankers when necessary
• Track and report daily transaction volumes to contribute to branch performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Availability to work up to 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
