  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries to ensure client satisfaction
  • Promote digital banking solutions to help clients utilize mobile apps and online platforms
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies during daily operations
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and support branch initiatives
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawer and adhering to security protocols
  • Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices
  • Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere by supporting team efforts and community engagement

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of background check and compliance requirements
