Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance the client experience at the Odessa Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business accounts, explaining JPMorgan Chase offerings
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for investment, lending, or wealth management services to specialists
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Support branch operations by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing client inquiries
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and client satisfaction targets
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as Chase Mobile app and online platforms
• Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere by upholding JPMorgan Chase's core values of integrity and respect

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible scheduling to meet branch needs
• Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the local area if needed
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks and fingerprinting
