Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Odessa Westside Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business checking, savings, and credit accounts
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products such as credit cards, loans, and investment options
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to promote self-service options
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, preparing reports, and maintaining a secure environment
• Participate in community outreach events to build JP Morgan Chase's presence in Odessa, TX

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
