Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the O'Fallon Branch
• Assist clients with everyday banking needs, including account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Identify client opportunities for JP Morgan Chase products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to all compliance and security protocols
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to promote self-service options
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver holistic financial solutions
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Stay updated on JP Morgan Chase policies, products, and industry trends through ongoing training
• Support branch events and community initiatives to build local relationships in O'Fallon, MO

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
