Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Okahumpka Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
• Identify opportunities to recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, or investment options
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawers daily
• Collaborate with branch team members to support overall branch operations and client satisfaction
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to promote self-service options

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
