Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Old Metairie Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries while ensuring compliance with federal regulations
• Collaborate with branch team members to meet sales goals and deliver seamless client service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to security protocols and risk management practices
• Educate clients on digital banking tools to promote self-service options and financial literacy
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and reporting discrepancies promptly
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to strengthen JPMorgan Chase's presence in Metairie, LA
• Stay updated on banking policies, product changes, and industry trends through ongoing training

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including potential evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and banking software
