Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality, embodying JPMorgan Chase's client-first culture
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting for mobile apps and online platforms
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and enhance client satisfaction
  • Handle cash management and balancing teller drawers at end of shift
  • Resolve client inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior bankers
  • Promote community engagement initiatives in the Ontario, OR area through branch events
  • Ensure the branch environment is secure, clean, and welcoming for all visitors

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Ontario, OR branch
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks and fingerprinting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a banking or financial institution
  • Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, to serve diverse clients in Ontario, OR
  • Knowledge of JPMorgan Chase's digital banking platforms
  • Experience in sales or cross-selling financial products
  • Certification in financial services, such as Series 6 or 7 (or willingness to obtain)
