Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to build lasting relationships
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving customer inquiries
• Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client convenience and security
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and support community initiatives
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing drawers and reporting discrepancies
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices
• Support branch operations during peak hours to ensure seamless service

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clients
• Ability to work up to 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation for branch operations
