Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Pelham Road Branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business checking and savings accounts
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products such as credit cards, loans, and investment options
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms to promote self-service options
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and resolving discrepancies promptly
  • Support branch operations by preparing reports, updating client records, and participating in team meetings

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
