Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JP Morgan Chase's client care standards
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account inquiries, balance checks, and basic troubleshooting
• Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate Chase financial products such as checking accounts, credit cards, or loans
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment while adhering to security protocols
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments responsibly, balancing teller drawers daily
• Support branch operations by preparing reports, updating client records, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and mobile app features to promote self-service options

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
