  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and promote digital banking solutions
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and preparing daily reconciliations

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment

  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software applications
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and some evenings as needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting in a branch setting
