Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Pontchartrain Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, or loans
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to promote self-service options
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and resolving discrepancies promptly
• Support branch operations by preparing reports, organizing client documents, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment
• Escalate complex issues to senior bankers or managers while providing interim support to clients

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check
