Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service in the Prineville branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate banking products such as checking accounts, loans, and credit cards
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving customer inquiries
• Promote JPMorgan Chase digital banking tools and mobile app features
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and bank policies
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
• Handle cash vault responsibilities and reconcile daily transactions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
