Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first culture
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about checking, savings, and credit products
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for mortgages, investments, or small business services to specialists
  • Educate clients on digital banking options, such as Chase Mobile app and online platforms
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including KYC and anti-money laundering protocols
  • Support branch operations, including cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and enhance client satisfaction
  • Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior bankers
  • Participate in community events in Saint Helena to build local relationships and promote JPMorgan Chase services

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including some weekends and evenings as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Saint Helena, CA area if required
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks
