Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Range Ave and Tate Rd Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and promote digital banking solutions
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawers at the end of each shift
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices to build trust
• Support branch operations by preparing reports and participating in team meetings

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment

• Proficiency in basic computer operations and banking software
