Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Redding Main Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening new accounts, applying for loans, and understanding JP Morgan Chase's suite of financial products
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for investment, mortgage, or credit services to specialized teams
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
