Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Rivergate Branch
• Assist clients with everyday banking needs, including account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to JP Morgan Chase security and compliance protocols
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to promote self-service options

Required Qualifications
