Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first culture
  • Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic banking inquiries
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for loans, investments, or credit products to branch specialists
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile transactions to ensure financial accuracy
  • Support branch operations such as ATM maintenance and end-of-day procedures
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve diverse client populations
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues
  • Participate in client education on digital banking tools and fraud prevention

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
  • Knowledge of basic banking products and services
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
