Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality at the Siegen and Perkins Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products like checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently
• Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client convenience and engagement
• Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding client experiences
• Handle cash responsibly and balance teller drawer at the end of each shift
• Support branch operations during peak hours and special events in Baton Rouge
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients
• Ability to work up to 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the Siegen and Perkins Branch in Baton Rouge, LA
