Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Silver Springs and 16th Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about JPMorgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit cards
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate Chase financial solutions, such as mortgages or investment services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Collaborate with branch team members to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, including the Chase Mobile app and online platforms
• Handle client escalations professionally, resolving issues to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for client care
• Participate in branch events and community outreach in Ocala to build local relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
