Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Slidell Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries while adhering to compliance standards
• Promote digital banking solutions to encourage seamless client interactions with Chase mobile apps and online platforms
• Collaborate with branch team members to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring confidentiality of client information

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a financial services or retail environment
