Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the South Charleston Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening new accounts, applying for loans, and utilizing digital banking tools
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to branch bankers or specialists for deeper financial solutions
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, preparing reports, and ensuring a secure environment
• Educate clients on JPMorgan Chase products such as Chase checking, savings, credit cards, and investment options
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and deliver seamless client service
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for reliability

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local branch needs
