Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the South Lake Tahoe Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries to ensure client satisfaction
• Promote digital banking solutions to help clients utilize mobile apps and online platforms securely
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and support branch operations
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and preparing daily reconciliations
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and financial wellness in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-focused initiatives
• Participate in community outreach events in South Lake Tahoe to build local brand presence

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch needs
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the local area if required
