Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with a focus on hospitality, providing personalized service at the South Sherwood Forest Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking accounts, savings, and credit cards
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, including mobile apps and online platforms to enhance their financial experience
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies to ensure secure and ethical operations
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client satisfaction
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments responsibly, balancing teller drawers daily
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
