  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries while adhering to compliance standards
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring security protocols are followed at all times
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to promote self-service options
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and reporting discrepancies promptly
  • Participate in branch events and community outreach to build JPMorgan Chase's presence in Tamarac, FL

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, for a 30-hour part-time role
