Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Southwest Tower Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening new accounts, applying for loans, and understanding JP Morgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit cards
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for wealth management or investment services to specialized teams
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with branch team members to meet sales goals and promote Chase digital banking tools
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices
• Support branch operations such as cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
• Participate in community outreach events in Wichita Falls to build local relationships and brand loyalty

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including some weekends and evenings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check
