Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the St Helens Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries
• Promote JP Morgan Chase products like credit cards, mortgages, and investment services
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely to minimize risk
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
• Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior staff
• Support digital banking initiatives by educating clients on online and mobile tools

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
