Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance the client experience at the Sunset Park Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using JPMorgan Chase's digital and traditional platforms
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for additional products like credit cards, loans, and investment services
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin to serve the diverse Brooklyn community, ensuring inclusive client support
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies to mitigate risks
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless service
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and resolving discrepancies promptly
• Educate clients on digital banking tools to promote self-service options and financial literacy

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is mandatory
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Availability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with regulatory requirements
• Valid work authorization in the United States
