Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Sylmar Branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business accounts, explaining JPMorgan Chase product options
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for mortgages, investments, and credit products to specialized teams
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to branch leadership
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, preparing reports, and ensuring a secure environment
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and deliver outstanding client service
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve the diverse Sylmar community
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on banking products and customer service best practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible scheduling to meet branch needs
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
